Melting Chocolate Pudding

 This is my go-to dessert for Christmas day for anyone who doesn’t like traditional Christmas pudding… 100g dark chocolate, chopped 100g unsalted butter 150g light soft brown sugar 3 eggs 1tsp vanilla extract 50g plain flour Preheat the oven to 200C.  Butter four ramekins and place on a baking tray.  Put the chocolate and butter


Popcorn is the perfect Christmas Eve treat!  There’s nothing better than snuggling up in a cosy pair of pyjamas with a classic Christmas movie and a huge bowl or popcorn.  It also makes a great homemade gift when presented in a cellophane gift bag tied with pretty festive ribbon.  The only problem is choosing a flavour… Oreo

Chocolate Bark

  This is such an easy treat to make.  Simply melt your chosen chocolate, pour out onto a tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly until about 1/2cm thick.  Sprinkle on your chosen topping and add to the fridge to set.  Once completely cooled, break the chocolate into shards and it’s ready to serve. 


  260g plain flour (plus extra for rolling) 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon 95g butter (cubed) 130g light soft brown sugar 1 free-range egg 3 tbsp. golden syrup Sift together the flour, bicarbonate of soda, ginger and cinnamon.
